Reminder Management

This option opens the Quick Appointment Reminders window, or the R4+ Task Scheduler window, depending on the window that was opened the last time.

The Quick Appointment Reminder enables you to set up a simple reminder task with little configuration. To switch to the R4+ Task Scheduler, click Advanced Appointment Reminders.

The R4+ Task Scheduler window enables you to view any existing reminder tasks, add new tasks, edit existing tasks or remove existing tasks. To switch to the Quick Appointment Reminder, click Quick Appointment Reminders.
