The Clinical Administration program is used to maintain information used by R4+ that is specific to your R4+ system. There are five sections contained in the Clinical Administration program, which are:
You can add new schemes, amend existing schemes or delete existing schemes.
You can add new treatment codes, edit existing treatment codes or delete codes that are no longer required. You can also add or amend the prices that are associated with specific treatment codes.
You can add new service items, edit existing service items or delete items that are no longer required. You can also add or amend the prices that are associated with specific service items.
This section is no longer used, so any changes made here will not be applied to R4+.
You can set the pre-defined examinations that are displayed when starting a course of treatment, Delete Future Transactions if the system date has been altered, anonymise a patient record if requested under the Right To Be Forgotten legislation, or unlock a patient's chart.
Only System Administrators can access the Clinical Administration program.
