Using the Toolbar

The toolbar is a collection of icons on top of the Appointment Book that enable you to begin common operations with a single click.

Toolbar Preferences

To customize the buttons displayed on the Toolbar:

  1. Select Start > All Programs > CS PracticeWorks > Configuration of CS PracticeWorks. The Configuration of PracticeWorks window is displayed.

  2. Select Setup > General Configuration > Preferences > Toolbar.

  3. Select the buttons you want to hide. (Make Appt, NPA, Pick List, CareCredit)

  4. Select whether to hide the buttons for this workstation or all workstations.

  5. Click Save entry, then Close, and then close the Configuration utility.
