To view your time card:
Double-click your name on the Timeclock window or select your name and click Time Card.
Clicking the Time Card button or double-clicking your name on the Timeclock window opens the Time Card window, which enables you to view the number of hours you have worked for the current week and print a copy of the time card. You can view the hours you have worked in the past by clicking History.
The time card for the current week displays Monday through Friday by default. To view Sunday or Saturday, use the scroll bar at the top and move it left or right. The card displays your name, current status, total hours worked for the current week, and the number of overtime hours.
Set the number of hours for staff members in the Staff Maintenance window for each staff member.
Each day displays the time you clocked in and clocked out, plus the letter of the selected status.
Below the list of clock-in and clock-out times is the total number of hours worked for that day.
Four buttons are available at the bottom of the Time Card window:
Reserved for staff members with “Adjust Timecards” security permission. Other users receive a message that they do not have the proper security authorization. See Using the Time Card Button for more information.
Enables you to display the previous hours you have worked. After clicking this button, the current month’s calendar is displayed.
Use one of the following methods to select a week to view hours worked:
To view the hours worked during a week from the current month, click on the week.
Click the arrows next to the current month to change the month displayed, or click on the month and year to select the month and year you want to view from the list. Click on the week you want to view. The week you selected is displayed in the Time Card window.
Prints the time card you are viewing. After clicking the button, select a printer and click OK on the Print Setup window. The time card prints exactly as it displays on the screen.
Returns you to the Timeclock window and saves any changes to the time card.
