Viewing the Schedule

The Schedule displays appointment information. You can view the month, the day, or a list of scheduled patients with specific appointment information.

Select the buttons at the bottom of the Schedule window to access a view:

List
Select List to view patient appointments categorized by location and doctor.
- To access a different location, select the office name at the top of the Schedule window.
This view includes both the appointment time and the appointment type, such as Scheduled, Cmp, Walk-in, No Show, Cancelled, and Changed.
1. - The label colors correspond to the icon colors on the actual appointments.
Day
Select Day to display the selected day's schedule for a specific doctor and location, including appointment type and time increments.
- To access a different location, select the office name at the top of the Schedule window.
This view displays status indicators that show the total number of appointments scheduled for that day. Appointments are categorized as Scheduled, Cmp, Walk-in, No Show, Cancelled, and Changed.
Month

The Schedule launches with the current month displayed. A dot below the specific date indicates that the day is available on the schedule. Select a date to display location and doctor information for the scheduled appointments. Select Month to return to the calendar view.

To navigate forward or backward on the calendar, select the left and right arrows. Select Today to return to today's appointment information.

Select a scheduled appointment in List or Day view to view the following details:

Appointment date, time, and associated comments
Chair assignment
Home telephone number
Patient age in years and months
Patient gender
Patient start date
Actual completion date or estimated completion date
Model number
Procedures associated with the appointment

Select X to return to the mobile menu.
