Using Search Results

The Search Results window contains details about the patients/responsible parties returned by the search, which are to be displayed in the report.

To select additional output fields:

1. Select Patient Fields, Communications Questions, or Responsible Party Fields, and use the fields at the bottom of the window.

ExampleContinuing with the initial search list of patients with medical alerts who have appointments on a specific date (see the example in Patient Lists), you could select Pt Appt Time, Pt Appt Type, and Pt Phone #.

Click the Responsible Party Fields option button and select Rsp Phone # from the fields at the bottom of the window.

2. Select Report. The Print Options window is displayed. Select to print, view, or export the report and click OK.
