Using Contact Experts and Office Expert
Contact Experts, formerly called Database Reports, improve office communications with patients, responsible parties, insurance carriers, and referring doctors.
Contact Experts organize information for each contact task and enable you to view and access the information. Contact Experts also enable you to organize and process lists generated from Patient Tracking reports or from Office Expert items. You can send letters and cards, print labels, and print reports for everyone on the list or for specific people on the list.
You must set up Contact Experts before they can be linked to an Office Expert report.
