Using Staff Mail

The Staff Mail feature in OrthoTrac enables you to send messages to other staff members in your office and receive messages from them. An envelope in the mail slot indicates new mail is in the inbox. After you open the mail, the mail slot is empty.

To access Staff Mail from the main menu:

Click the Staff Mail icon or select Functions > Staff Mail from the menu bar. The Staff Mail For User Name window is displayed.
