You can reply to any message listed in the Inbox or Deleted Items folders.
To reply to a message sent to you:
Close the message and then select it in the Message panel.
Click Reply to the Author or Reply to All, or select Compose > Reply to Author or Compose > Reply to All from the menu bar. The New Message window is displayed, with the designated recipients already included in the To: field. You can add more recipients or delete existing recipients by clicking in the To: or Cc: fields.
Notice that the Subject: line now has Re: before the original subject. The original message is not included in replies.
Type your message and then click Send or Save.
