Performing Staff and Security Functions > Logging In
The system administrator must add you as a staff member before you can log in.
To log in to OrthoTrac:
Double-click the OrthoTrac icon on your desktop. The Staff Login window is displayed.
Select your name from the drop-down list of active staff members, which is displayed in alphabetical order by last name.
Type your password and click OK. You can now use the OrthoTrac main menu displayed at the top of your screen.
If you type an incorrect password when logging in, the software displays a message stating that the password is invalid. Click OK, re-type your password, and click OK.
If you don’t have a password, click OK, and the Staff Login Password Prompt window is displayed. If you click Cancel, OrthoTrac closes.
Click Yes to set a password. The Change Password window is displayed.
Until you select a password, anyone else can log in using your name and perform functions that will be recorded in your name.
