Unique User ID Login

When using the Force Unique User ID HIPAA option, staff members must have a user ID in order to log in to OrthoTrac. See Setting Up the Staff and System Options for more information.

To log in when using this option:

  1. Double-click the OrthoTrac icon on your desktop. The Staff Login window is displayed.

  2. In the User ID field, type your user ID.

  3. In the Password field, type your password, if applicable.

  4. Click OK.

  5. If you type an incorrect user ID or password when logging in, the software displays a message stating that the ID or password is invalid. Click OK, re-type your user ID or password, and click OK.
