A staff member’s password can be changed at any time in the Staff Maintenance window.
As with other areas of the software, access to the Staff Maintenance window should be limited to only those staff members with the appropriate security permissions.
A staff member without security permissions should contact the office manager or system administrator to change his password.
If the strong password feature is enabled, the password can be changed only once per day. For information on changing a password, see Setting Up the Staff.
