Setting Up PracticeGenius

After signing up with PracticeGenius, use your Patient Rewards Hub user name and password to activate the integration within the OrthoTrac software.

To set up the Patient Rewards Hub:

1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Setup > Patient Education/Patient Rewards Integration. The Patient Education/Patient Rewards Hub Setup window is displayed.

2. Select Patient Rewards Hub.

3. Click Setup.

4. Type the user name for your practice in the Patient Rewards Hub Username field.

5. Type the password for your practice in the Patient Rewards Hub Password field.

6. Click OK. The Patient Education/Patient Rewards Hub Setup window is displayed.

7. Click OK.
