You must associate a Patient Rewards card number with the patient when they use the system for the first time, or if the Patient Rewards card is a replacement.
To associate a Patient Rewards card number with an existing patient:
From the patient chart, select Functions > Patient Rewards Hub.
To associate a Patient Rewards card with the patient, select Set Patient Rewards Hub Card #. The Assign Rewards Hub Card # window is displayed.
Swipe the Patient Rewards card to register it, or type the number manually in the Patient Rewards Hub Card # field and click OK.
Select Launch Patient Rewards Hub to launch your web browser and view the Patient Rewards Hub website.
Once a Patient Rewards card number is visible in charting, the Patient Rewards Hub button is visible. Click the button to launch the Patient Rewards Hub.
To associate a Patient Rewards card when adding a new patient:
From the main menu, select Functions > Patient Chart > Open Chart. The OrthoTrac Patient Lookup window is displayed.
Click Add New. The Patient Add window is displayed.
Select Options > Set Patient Rewards Hub Card #. The Assign Rewards Hub Card # window is displayed.
Swipe the Patient Rewards card to register it, or type the number manually in the Patient Rewards Hub Card # field and click OK.
Once a Patient Rewards card number is visible in charting, the Patient Rewards Hub button is visible. Click the button to launch the Patient Rewards Hub.
