The day your office goes live with PracticeGenius, all of your patient data is present in the hub. Your staff can then associate a card with each patient. Once the integration is live, data synchronization happens automatically.
If necessary, staff members can use the Add New User button on the PracticeGenius website to add new patients. However, this step is eliminated once the PracticeGenius integration is live.
PracticeGenius follows HIPAA protocols and uses 256-bit encryption to protect data during transmission to their secure site.
