Using the Remove Button

To remove a document from both patient tracking and the patient’s imaging chart, you must remove the document in the Patient Tracking window in a patient’s chart.

To remove a document:

  1. In the Patient Tracking window, select the document you want to remove and click Remove. The Remove Tracking Entry message is displayed.

  2. Click Yes. A second Remove Tracking Entry window is displayed.

  3. Click Yes.
