To remove a document from both patient tracking and the patient’s imaging chart, you must remove the document in the Patient Tracking window in a patient’s chart.
To remove a scanned document from the archive, you must have CS Orthodontic Imaging software, version 8.0.5 or higher, loaded on your computer, and you must have the appropriate security permissions.
To remove a document:
In the Patient Tracking window, select the document you want to remove and click Remove. The Remove Tracking Entry message is displayed.
Click Yes. A second Remove Tracking Entry window is displayed.
Click Yes.
If you attempt to remove a document on a computer that is not loaded with CS Orthodontic Imaging software, a message is displayed, telling you to go to a computer on which OrthoTrac software and CS Orthodontic Imaging software are installed in order to remove the entry.
