Using Referral Tracking

The Referral Tracking feature enables you to monitor the referral activity, both incoming and outgoing, of your practice.

The following reports are available:

Referrals (In):Referrals (In):

This report enables you to identify the largest sources of referrals to the practice and to track the amount of production attributable to each source.
Referrals (Out):Referrals (Out):

This report enables you to view the patients your practice has referred out to doctors for a specific date range.
Wilting Referral:Wilting Referral:

This report shows the decline in patient referrals from outside doctors.
