The Referrals Out report shows the patients referred out to doctors for a specific date range.
To run the Referrals Out report:
From the main menu, click Referrals. The Referrals window is displayed.
Select Referrals(Out).
In the Referral Source section, select a referral source.
If you accepted the default of Outside Doctors, select whether the report should be for one individual or all sources. If you clicked Select Doctor Type in the previous step, select the specific type of doctor.
In the Sorted section, the options for sorting the report are active if you selected One in the previous section. Select a sorting method, if applicable.
Deselect the Include Converted Balances in Contract Totals option if you do not want to include converted balances in your totals.
In the Report Dates section, accept the default setting of All Dates, or select a date type and a date range from the drop-down lists.
Click OK. The Detail Referral List for Outside Doctors window is displayed.
The Detail Referral List for Outside Doctors window displays the referrals and the amount of revenue your practice received from the referral type you selected. By default, the list is sorted by Last Name. Select another option to sort the list accordingly.
Select an option:
In the Graph Information section, the option to include the Top 10 Sources is selected by default. Click All Sources to display all sources in the graph. Click the Referrals, Charges, Payments, Contracts, or Custom button to display the corresponding graph type.
Click Print to print the report for all referrals.
Select an individual row in the report to view the specific referrals for that particular doctor. Click Print.
