Working with Reports > Creating Financial Reports > Running the Financial Roll
The Roll Report Options window is displayed automatically after running the roll. You can also print roll reports at a later time.
To print the Roll Report separately:
From the main menu, select Reports > Financial > Roll > Print Roll Reports. The Roll Report Options window is displayed.
The software defaults to Summary Report/Current Roll, but you can select other options.
In the Roll Report Options section, select from the following optionsfollowing options.
Detail Report—The Detail Report contains the following information for each account:
Pre-Roll—Indicates the Total Balance, Current Balance, and Aging prior to any transactions.
Roll Amount—Includes the Contract Type and Contract Due Date, and the effect on Totals, Current, and This Month.
Late Charges (if applied), new Balances—Indicates the Total, Current, and Aging.
You can select one or both of the following options when running the Detail Report:
Exclude Unchanged Accounts—Prevents the accounts that had no Roll Amount, Late Charge, or Aging charges from printing on the report.
Exclude Accounts with No Balance—Prevents accounts with a 0.00 balance from printing on the report. Patients with credit balances are printed on the report if you select this option.
Summary Report—The Summary Report prints one transaction line, including Roll Amount, Late Charges, Total Balance, Current Balance, and Aging after the Roll. Unchanged accounts and 0.00 accounts are automatically excluded.
In the Print Report for section, select from the following optionsfollowing options.
The Current Roll—Indicates the date of the most recent roll and the number of times rolled on that date (typically, 000).
A Previous Roll—Indicates the most recent date prior to the current roll. Use the drop-down list to select the roll from a different date.
Notify your support representative of any errors that occur during the roll or of exceptions that print on the first page of the Roll Report.
Click OK.
