Typically, you use the pre-set status codes for your day-to-day clocking in and clocking out. If the existing status codes are not appropriate, you can select from a list of additional status codes, including codes your office creates.
To use the Other (In) and Other (Out) status buttons:
Click the Timeclock icon or select Functions > Timeclock from the menu.
Select and drag your name (the cursor changes to a figure) from the list in the Staff Member column to the Other (In) or Other (Out) status button. A menu of additional status codes is displayed.
Use the scroll bar, if available, to find the desired code, and click the Description. The software updates the Status field next to your name with the status code.
