Configuring OrthoTrac > Setting Up Office Expert
To update Office Expert daily without receiving an update reminder, configure Office Expert to run on the server after hours as a scheduled task. See Scheduling Office Expert for more information.
To turn off the Office Expert prompt:
Select Functions > Maintenance / Set-up > System Maintenance from the main menu.
Select the System Options option. The System Options window is displayed.
Deselect the Office Expert Notification option.
This turns off the daily reminder to update the Office Expert data; you can access Office Expert by clicking the icon. You are prompted to update the Office Expert data the first time you access Office Expert each day.
