Performing Staff and Security Functions > Using the Personal ToDo List
To indicate an item has been completed:
From the ToDo List for User Name window, select the task you want to mark as completed and click Completed. The task color changes from blue to gray.
If you need to make the task active again, select View > Tasks > Completed Tasks from the menu bar. Select the completed task and then select Edit > Mark as UnCompleted from the menu bar. The task becomes active and turns from gray to blue.
