Performing Staff and Security Functions > Using Staff Mail > Using the Staff Mail for User Name Window
The Folder panel, on the left side of the Staff Mail for window, contains the Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, and Drafts folders. A number in parenthesis next to either the Inbox, Deleted Items, or Drafts folder indicates the number of messages, both read and unread, in that folder.
To temporarily hide the messages in the inbox without closing Staff Mail, click the OrthoTrac Mail folder at the top of the folder list.
