Using the OrthoTrac Scheduling Module > Checking Patients Out
You can exit the checkout process if no procedures or payments have been posted to the patient's ledger.
To exit checkout:
From the Checkout view of the Financial Functions window, click the Close button. A message is displayed, informing you that no transactions were posted, and asking if you would like to exit the checkout process.
Click Yes.
You cannot exit checkout if a procedure or a payment has been posted.
