Creating Reports

Several reports enable you to track a patient’s treatment card information.

The following treatment card reports are available by selecting Reports > Charting from the main menu:

Bracket Tray Covers
Patients with Appt on Specific Date
Patients Scheduled with No History
History for Range of Dates
History for Range of Patients
