Configuring OrthoTrac > Setting Up the Schedule > Appointment Types
To change appointment types:
Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Schedule Maintenance from the menu bar.
In the Schedule Maintenance window, select an appointment type in the Types section and click Change. The Edit Appointment Type window is displayed.
Edit the information and click OK.
If your practice uses the charting module, the Update Appointment Type Changes window is displayed, asking if you want to apply the changes to treatment plan templates and to non-completed and non-scheduled treatment plan steps.
Changing the appointment type name changes the name for all steps in the treatment plan, whether the steps are completed or uncompleted.
Select the items you want to update and click OK.
