Appointment Types

To make scheduling appointments easier, the software uses appointment types, which categorize your appointments.

You can create appointment types that group procedures by function. ExampleExample

The names you give appointment types can reflect the number of units necessary to complete the procedures assigned to the type. ExampleExample

To access appointment type information:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Schedule Maintenance from the menu bar.

You can perform the following functions:

• Adding Appointment Types

• Changing Appointment Types

• Deleting Appointment Types
