Contact Experts and Office Expert -- Terminology and Concepts

Familiarize yourself with the following terms and concepts you encounter when using OrthoTrac:

• Contact Experts

  (formerly called Database Reports) -- A reporting feature that enables you to organize information for a Contact Expert search. Using Contact Experts, you can assemble and process lists generated from Patient Tracking reports or from Office Expert items and use this information to send letters and cards or print labels and reports.

• Office Expert

  A management tool that generates a report of items that might need your attention. It displays a list of tasks and provides access to the tools you need to complete each task.
