Working with Reports > Creating Financial Reports > Creating Auto Payment Reports
The following examples show some of the Auto Payment reports you can generate.
To generate this report, select Auto-payment List, Unposted payments and Detail. Select All Doctors and All Locations or Selected, according to your office setup. Click subtotal by Type, and select the range of dates to print this week’s payments to be posted. Use this list to gather today’s or this week’s cheques, bank drafts, or credit card vouchers that need to be posted.
To generate this report, select Auto-payment List, Unposted payments, and Detail. Select All Doctors and All Locations or Selected, according to your office setup. Select Credit Card Drafts or Bank Drafts (or both), and deselect Post-Dated Cheques, if necessary. Select Do Not Sub-Total or Responsible. Select a predefined period of This Month. When the report is printed, the Type column indicates whether the account is set up online.
To generate this report, select Auto-payment
List for a Single Patient, include
Posted payments and Detail.
Click Do Not Sub-Total, and select either
Last Year or Range
of Dates from the list in the Predefined Periods field.
To print the history with future payment commitments, include Unposted, and select All
Dates from the Predefined Periods field.
To generate this report, select Auto-payment List, Unposted payments, and deselect Detail (to print totals only). Select All Doctors and All Locations or Selected, according to your office setup. Click subtotal by Month, and enter the range of dates you want to review, or choose This Year from the Predefined Periods field.
To generate this report, select Reminder List, Posted and Unposted, and Detail. Include all payment options that your office uses. Subtotal the report by Type or Month, and select This Month or Next Month in the Predefined Period field.
