Appointment Display

The Options section of the Schedule Maintenance window enables you to set the display for appointment tiles in the Schedule Appointment Calendar.

To access the Display section:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Schedule Maintenance from the menu bar.

The available options are:

Proc

When this option is selected, the procedure codes are displayed on the appointment.
Dentist/Ref

When this option is selected, the dentist name and the primary referral (from the patient chart) are listed on the appointment.
