Using the OrthoTrac Communications Module > Changing an Existing Questionnaire
To include an image in a questionnaire:
Select Functions > Word Processing > Communications Setup from the menu bar. The Select Questionnaire window is displayed.
Select a questionnaire and click Change. The Setup Questionnaire window is displayed.
In the Selected Questions section, click Add. The Select Questions window is displayed.
You can also edit an existing Question Type - Header to include an image.
Click Add New. The Add Question window is displayed.
Name the question, and select Header from the Type drop-down list.
Select Headers from the Category drop-down list.
Click the image box to select an image to display to the right of the header. The Insert Image Object window is displayed.
Select the Visit and Type options, and click OK. The Add Question window is displayed.
Click OK.
To delete an image from a questionnaire:
Select Functions > Word Processing > Communications Setup from the menu bar.
The Select Questionnaire window is displayed.
Select a questionnaire and click Change. The Setup Questionnaire window is displayed.
In the Selected Questions section, click Add. The Select Questions window is displayed.
You can also edit an existing Question Type - Header to include an image. In the Change Question window, click Remove Image.
Click Add New. The Add Question window is displayed.
Name the question, and select Header from the Type drop-down list.
Select Headers from the Category drop-down list.
Select the merge code for the image. The Image Selection window is displayed.
Click Cancel. A message is displayed, asking if you would like to delete the currently selected image.
Click Yes.
