Adding New Standards

To add a new standard or to copy an existing one:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Schedule Maintenance from the menu bar. The Schedule Maintenance window is displayed.

  2. In the Standards section, click Add. The Create Standard window is displayed.

  3. In the Name of the Standard field, type a name for the new standard, such as the day(s) or reason that this standard will be used.

  4. In the Start Time field, type the start time for this standard.

  5. In the End Time field, type the end time for this standard.

  6. In the Time Units field, type the number of minutes for each unit for this standard.

  1. In the All Time Units Created field, select Open or Closed for this standard.

  1. In the # of Chairs field, type the number of chairs in your office.

  2. It is recommended that you create standards with at least one more chair than you actually have. This can be used for emergencies and overbooking.

  1. To copy an existing standard, select Copy Existing Standard. Select a standard from the list and copy it. After copying a standard, you can increase the start time, the end time, and the number of chairs.

  2. In the Default Slot Colors field, select a color for this standard.

  3. Click Apply to save your changes.
