Facial Proportions Analyses
The Sarver Facial Proportions analyses measure various proportions on a frontal serious photo of the patient.
The image will not need be calibrated because all measurements are relative to one another and do not depend on millimeter sizing.
The Sarver Module Facial Proportions Analyses are as follows:

Alar WidthThe ratio of the Alar width to the inner Canthus is displayed.
The area enclosed by the two lines is highlighted.
Note: Lines are Analysis Color 2. The highlighted area is Analysis Highlight Color 1.

Facial Height-Width RatioThe ratio between the facial height to facial width is displayed.
Note: Lines are Analysis Color 2.

Facial TaperThe midfacial ratio and the facial taper are displayed.
Note: Lines are Analysis Color 2. The highlighted area is Analysis Highlight Color 1.

Gonial WidthThe ratio between gonial width to outer canthal width is displayed.
Note: Lines are Analysis Color 2. The highlighted area is Analysis Highlight Color 1.

Intercomissure WidthThe ratio between the intercomissure width and the inter medial limbus width is displayed.
Note: Lines are Analysis Color 2. The highlighted area is Analysis Highlight Color 1.

MidlinesThis drawing shows a line from Trichion to Soft Tissue Nasion to Nasal Tip, to Junction of Lip, to Midsymphysis.
The Reference Line is a vertical line from above Trichion to below Midsymphysis passing through Soft Tissue Nasion.

Philtrum LengthThe ratio between the comissure height to the philtrum height is displayed.
Note: Horizontial and left and right comissure vertical height lines are Analysis Color 1. The line from the base of the nose to the philtral tubercler is Analysis Color 2.

Vertical ThirdsThis drawing shows the lines from left to right Zygomatic showing ideal thirds.
Note: Lines are drawn in Analysis Color 2.

To perform a Facial Proportions Analysis, click Facial Proportions Analysis in the Sarver Module Toolbar and select an analysis from the list.
