Deleting an Rx ID

To delete an Rx ID:

1. On the Provider Info tab, in the Rx IDs section, select the Rx ID and click Delete. The Confirm Deletion message is displayed, asking if you are sure you want to delete the DEA number.

2. Click Yes.
