From the Scheduler window, you can print an appointment card for a current appointment, or for the patient's next scheduled appointment.
In order to use this feature, you must set up the Merge to setting and Template on the Practice Preferences Letters & Labels tab.
To print an appointment card:
From the Scheduler window, select the patient's current appointment.
Right-click the appointment and select Appt Card > Print Current Appt, or Appt Card > Print Next Appt. The appointment card for the selected appointment is displayed or printed, based on the selected Merge to setting.
It is not necessary to find the next appointment in the Scheduler.
