When the Auto Address Copy feature is utilized, the following fields are automatically copied:
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
City
State
Zip
Home Phone
When you add a new guarantor to an existing patient, the address fields in the Patient Workspace window are automatically copied to the Guarantor Setup window. These auto copy features apply not only to the primary guarantor, but also to the alternate guarantors.
The Auto Address Copy feature does NOT apply when editing existing guarantors or insured parties. It applies only when adding new ones.
