Adding Guarantors

To add a guarantor:

  1. Select Tables > Patients > Guarantors. The Guarantor Search window is displayed.

  2. Click New. The Guarantor Setup window is displayed.

  3. In the fields provided, type the name and address.

  4. In the fields provided, type the telephone information.

  5. In the fields provided, type the birth date and sex.

  6. In the fields provided, type the Social Security number, driver's license number, marital status, and ethnicity.

  7. Click Ok.
