Viewing and Editing a Narrative Report

Narrative reports are accessed from the Patient window. Once saved, a narrative report can be reprinted or edited at any time.

To open a narrative report:

1. In the Patient window, select EMR > Notes > Narratives. A list of narratives for the patient is displayed.

2. Select an item in the list to view it in the preview panel.
