Finding Appointments

To find a patient's appointment:

  1. On the WinOMS toolbar, click Scheduler. The Appointment Scheduler window is displayed to the current date and the multi-provider Daily Detail view.

  2. Click Profile. The Patient Profile window is displayed. If a patient or walk-in is selected, the appointments for that patient are displayed. If a patient or walk-in has not been selected, click New Search.

TipTip

You can enter partial first and last names.

  1. Type your Search Criteria. To display previously scheduled appointments, select Include Past Appointments. To display previously deleted appointments, no-show appointments, and cancelled appointments, select Include History.

  2. Click Find Now. The records matching your search criteria are displayed on the lower half of the Patient Profile window.

  3. To go to the Appointment Scheduler window, double-click the appointment.
