Enterprise mode provides the ability to deactivate a practice if the practice is no longer part of the Corporation. When you deactivate a practice:
Users can still post payments, but cannot add new patients or new charges. This enables the Aged Receivables for outstanding balances to continue, but prevents new services being posted in a deactivated practice.
You can generate reports, re-bill insurance, add notes, and other necessary tasks for the deactivated office, in order to close out the practice.
You can reuse the deactivated practice's license if the practice is being replaced and the Corporation owns the license.
