Entering Post-Op Evaluation Data

Enter the patient’s post-operative evaluation data on the Post-Op Evaluation tab of the Create Anesthesia Record window.

Enter values for the following categories:

• Post-Op Vital Signs

• Discharge Vital Signs

• Complications

• Discharge Details

• Narrative space for additional notes (new in version 9.0)

The entry fields and checkboxes on this tab reflect those specified in the preferences. See Customizing the Post-Op Evaluation for more information.
