Setting Up Insurance Information

To set up insurance:

 

1. In the Practice Data Entry window, click the Insurance tab.

2. Enter information in the fields:

• Default Medical FormDefault Medical Form Select 112 – Laser CMS 1500 02/12 (M).

• Default Dental FormDefault Dental Form Select 114 – Laser ADA 2019 (D).

• Default Billing OrderDefault Billing Order Select Dental First or Medical First.
  
  Note: If dental insurance is to be billed first, select Dental First.

• Default ICD VersionDefault ICD Version Select ICD-10 from the drop-down list.

3. Click Ok.
