The eReminders Service is an appointment reminder service that automatically contacts patients due for an appointment using the patient's preferred contact type—phone call, e-mail, or text message (SMS). After the appointment/reminder contact is made, the appointment information is automatically updated, enabling you to spend more time helping patients in the office.
Once you have enrolled in the service, you can access the eReminders settings for a patient or responsible party by clicking eReminders Settings in the Options section of the Express Bar in the following areas of the software:
Account List window
Account window
Patient List window
Patient window
Patient Appointments window
In the Scheduler, select eReminders Settings from the options panel at the left side of the window.
To enroll in the service, contact your eServices representative.
