Running eReminders Reports

The eReminders service contains two reports that enable you to monitor your practice's eReminders activity:

• eReminders report:Lists the reminders sent to patients, as well as additional details about each patient's appointment.

• Revenue Analysis report:Displays the number of missed appointments, the percentage of total appointments, and the lost revenue for a specified date range.
  
  Important: You must run the Failed Appointments Report at the end of each day (or the beginning of the next day) in order to commit any posted appointments to history.
  

• You can quickly access reports with pre-defined eReminders criteria in Practice Central. Click the Delivery report or No Confirmation report links under the eReminders section.

To run eReminders reports:

Select System > Modules > eReminders > eReminders Reports. The eReminders Reporting window is displayed.
