The commands available from the Options section of the
Express bar or the Options menu when using Enhanced Workspace are:
Submit
Ins:Displays
the Submit Pre-Auths window. Use this window to start the insurance
submission process. Enter the information to submit an insurance claim.
Outstanding
Ins:Displays
the Claim List window. A list of all open claims for the patient is
displayed.
Claim
Status:Hides
the Charges, Ins Amt, and Patient columns in the Treatment Plan List
window. The Amount, Est Ins, and Claim columns are displayed in the
window. Pre-authorizations are indicated by an Au next to the claim
number. You can view claim status information when these columns are
displayed. To hide these columns and display the Charges, Ins Amt,
and Patient columns, select the command.
Eligibility:This
command is enabled only if you use eVerifications
insurance eligibility.
eClaim
Status:This
command is enabled only if you use eClaims.
Change State:Changes
the treatment plan acceptance state. See Changing
Treatment Plan Acceptance States.
Print
Treatment Plan:Displays
the Patient Treatment Plan Report window. Use this command to print
treatment plan group information. See Printing
Treatment Plans.
Guarantors:Displays
the Patient Guarantor window. Use this command to view and update
patient guarantor information.
View
Claim for Transaction:Displays
the Claim window. Use this command to view the claim information for
the treatment plan item.
View
Archived TP:Displays all declined
and completed treatment plan procedures for the patient.
Schedule
Appointment:Displays
the Appointment Card window, with a list of the patient's treatment
plan groups and procedures. Use this command to schedule an appointment
to perform the treatment plan procedure or the procedural group. See
Scheduling Treatment Plans.
Appt
Book:Displays
the Single Day View window. Use this command to view, schedule, and
cancel patient appointments.
Re-estimate
Insurance:Recalculates
the insurance estimates and patient benefits based on the used and
unused benefits. Use this command if treatment plan items were originally
calculated after the patient exhausted yearly plan benefits, and the
benefits become available.
Case
Presentation Module:Displays
the SoftDent Case Presentation Module List window.
Post:Posts
the selected treatment plan procedure.
Post
Group:Posts all of the procedures
for the treatment plan group number you indicate.
DITTO:Displays
the Treatment Plan window. When the window is displayed, the information
for the last entered transaction is displayed.
MedVisor:Starts
the MedVisor software. This command is enabled only if you have installed
the MedVisor software.
