Changing Treatment Plan Acceptance States

After presenting the treatment plan to a patient, you can use the software to select the procedures accepted by the patient. You can also note patient acceptance in the Treatment Plan window as you enter the procedure.

To change a treatment plan state:

1. Select an option:

2. In the Patient List window:Select the patient and select Treatment Plan from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

3. In the Patient window:Select Treatment Plan from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

4. In the patient Transactions window:Select Treatment Plan from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

5. In the InOffice window:Select the appropriate patient and select Treatment Plan from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

The Treatment Plan List window is displayed.

2. Select the treatment plan procedure from the list, and select Change State from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Change Treatment Plan State window is displayed.

4. To change the state of a group in the primary treatment plan, select the state from the drop-down list in the Primary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

5. To change the state of a group in the secondary treatment plan, select the state from the drop-down list in the Secondary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

6. To change the state of a group in the tertiary treatment plan, select the state from the drop-down list in the Tertiary Treatment Plan section, and type the group number.

• If the patient does not agree to all procedures in the group, delete the unaccepted procedures or reassign them to another group number.

4. Click OK.
