Running Transaction Audit Trail Reports

You can generate the Transaction Audit Trail reports by:

• Date

• User

• Patient name

• Collection doctor

• Transaction date

The Transaction Audit Trail reports generate lists of modifications or deletions to the following records:

• Transaction

• Patient

• Account  

The following information associated with each transaction modification is included in all reports:

• Date

• Time

• Name of the user who performed the task

• Task description

• Patient identification number and name

• Code

• Performing doctor

• Transaction type

• Amount

• Production doctor

• These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
