The software tracks information about a patient's failed, broken, and late appointments in the Tracked Appointments window. You can view this information, add a note concerning an appointment, or run the Appointments Tracking List report in this window.
To view failed, broken, and late appointments for a specific patient:
Select an option:
In the Patient List window, select a patient and click Other Management > Failed/Broken/Late Appointments.
In the Patient window, click Other Management > Failed/Broken/Late Appointments.
The Tracked Appointments window is displayed.
To add a note to an appointment entry, select the appointment and click Edit, or double-click the appointment. The Tracked Appointments note window is displayed.
In the Notes field, type a note concerning the appointment.
Click OK.
To run the Appointments Tracking List report for the patient, click Print in the Tracked Appointments window.
