Running Scheduler Audit Trail Reports

You can generate the Scheduler Audit Trail reports by:

• Date

• User

• Patient name

The Scheduler Audit Trail reports generate lists of the dates and times when appointments are:

• Made

• Shortened

• Lengthened

• Canceled

• Entered into the pending appointment list

Use these reports to restore information that was accidentally deleted.

The following information associated with each appointment modification is included in all report results:

• Date

• Time

• Name of the user who performed the task

• Task description

• Patient identification number

• Patient’s name

• These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
