Sending Recare Notices to Patients
Recare reports generate lists of patients due for a recare notice. Reports can be merged with letters, sent to the Contact Expert, and printed on labels or postcards.
The date in the Next Recare due on or after: field in the Patient window must fall between the two dates specified in the Recare Report Setup window.
Any patients with the user code N (Do not send recare notice) are omitted.
If the patient is included in the Recare report more times than allowed by the Maximum number of recare notices field in the Recare Settings window, the patient is not included in the Recare report.
If the patient has an appointment scheduled for a recare code, the patient is not included in the Recare report.
